If you're in Peru and need to apply for a full UK passport, then you should apply direct to the "UK Passport Service Centre for the Americas and Caribbean", Washington D.C., USA.

You can still apply in Peru for a UK Emergency Passport. This is a restricted validity, one-way, travel document that can get you to the UK. Please contact the British Embassy in Lima or our Honorary Consuls in Arequipa, Cusco and Trujillo.
